Work icon Vanessa attends L'Arnacoeur press conference in Marseille, France on March 5th


Vanessa, along with L'Arnacoeur costar Romain Duris and Director Pascal Chaumeil, attended a press conference for the film in Marseille, France yesterday. Vanessa looked naturally gorgeous, as always.

Here is a bit of what Vanessa had to say about making L'Arnacoeur, with director Pascal Chaumeil, at the press conference:

"It was nice to have that freedom and at the same time, dealing with someone who know exactly the film he wanted to make, and did not yield to all our wishes either. As soon as he reached his goal, he allowed us to take the way we choose. If something didn't make us laugh or which brought us no feelings, he let us choose and really bring a lot of things... It was generous and reassuring. And at the same time, he never forget the film he wanted to make."

Site icon New banner for a new decade


Since we're now in a new decade, I thought it would be appropriate to have a new banner. Well, somewhat new banner.

Instead of coming up with an entirely different banner concept; I decided to stay true to the layout that Maria, the original Vanessa Paradis in Translation administrator created and just updated the photos

I chose photos from Vanessa's 2008 Guy Aroch photo shoot, as the colors match with the color scheme of the site.

Work icon Vanessa makes an appearance at the Caesar Awards on February 27th



Vanessa made an appearance at the Caesar Awards on February 27th, to present the award for Best Director. She looked stunning in a gold mini dress, which was of course designed by Chanel.

In this appearance, Vanessa and the hosts of the ceremony poke fun at the little slip up she made back at the 1990 Caesar awards, when she accidentally said the award she was presenting was for Judith Godrèche, when it was really to go to Judith Henry. Vanessa was a great sport, and she looked FABULOUS!
